Job Description : EVENT COORDINATOR: 

Position overview: 

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and special events. The Event Coordinator will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure each event is executed to perfection.

       Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to determine their event needs, objectives, and budget.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas based on client requirements.
• Create detailed event plans, including timelines, schedules, and task lists.

• Work closely with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution

• Manage event budgets and timelines effectively

•  Collaborate with restaurants and hotels for catering and accommodation arrangements

•  Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Employ strong time management to meet deadlines

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing,  Level 4 Diploma in Event Management or Level 2 Certificate in Event Planning
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful events.

        Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

   Job Description : EVENT TECHNICIAN

     Position Overview:

      We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Event Technician to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual, lighting, and other technical equipment for a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, concerts, and special events. The Event Technician will play a key role in ensuring the technical success of each event.

   Key responsibilities:

• Set up, test, and configure AV, lighting, and staging equipment.
• Operate equipment during events; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with team and clients; provide technical support.
• Follow safety protocols and conduct equipment checks.
• Dismantle and store equipment post-event; manage inventory.
• Maintain equipment and track repairs and maintenance needs

      Qualifications: 

• Degree from university/college in Theatre or arts ;/ technical certification in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Event Technician or similar role in the event management industry.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, lighting equipment, and staging setup.
• Proficiency in operating AV software, soundboards, lighting consoles, and related tools.

       Skills:

   Job Description: COSTUME ASSISTANT 

    Position Overview:

         We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Costume Assistant to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, coordination, and maintenance of costumes for a wide range of events, including themed parties, theater productions, corporate events, and more. The Costume Assistant will work closely with the Costume Designer, performers, and event coordinators to ensure a seamless and visually engaging experience

 

          Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in selecting, fitting, and altering costumes for events.
• Organize and maintain a detailed inventory of costumes and accessories.
• Coordinate with the event team to ensure timely delivery and setup of costumes.
• Support performers with fittings, quick changes, and adjustments during events.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of costumes.
• Collaborate with the Costume Designer to ensure consistency with event themes.
•   Manage post-event costume collection, inventory, and storage

           

             Qualifications:

• Degree in fashion, costume design, or a related field .
• Experience in costume design, theater production, fashion, or a similar role.

           Skills: 

•   Basic sewing and alteration skills; familiarity with various fabrics and materials.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

          Preferred Skills:

          Position Overview:

   We are looking for  5 talented and versatile Dancers to join our event management team. The ideal candidates will have strong technical dance skills, stage presence, and the ability to perform various styles, from classical and contemporary to hip-hop, jazz, and cultural dances. Dancers will perform at a wide range of events, including corporate functions, weddings, themed parties, product launches, and promotional events, to deliver captivating and dynamic performances.

       Key Responsibilities:

•   Learn, rehearse, and perform choreographed routines tailored to specific events.
• Collaborate with choreographers, other dancers, and event teams to ensure cohesive performances.
• Engage with the audience during live performances to enhance the entertainment experience.
• Coordinate with costume and makeup teams to align with event themes and styles.
• Adapt to last-minute changes in choreography or performance schedules.
• Maintain peak physical fitness and ensure proper warm-up and cool down to prevent injuries.

 

         Qualifications: 

•     Degree/Diploma in professional dance or musical theathre  or  proven experience of at least 3-4 years as a professional dancer. 
•     Training or certification in dance from a recognized institution.

           Skills :

• Strong technical skills, stage presence, and a passion for performing.
• Ability to learn choreography quickly and adapt to different dance styles and routines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• High level of physical fitness, stamina, and flexibility.

• Rehearse and prepare for performances, adapting to different music styles and event themes.
• Perform live at various events, maintaining strong stage presence and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with musicians, sound engineers, and event coordinators to ensure synchronized and high-quality performances.
• Set up, tune, and maintain drum kits and percussion equipment; handle equipment transport and setup.
• Adapt to last-minute changes in setlists, arrangements, or schedules as needed.
• Ensure proper handling, safety, and maintenance of instruments and equipment   

               Qualifications: 

•        Degree in Music or relevant proven experience as a professional drummer for at least 3/4 years with strong portfolio of live performances across various music genres.    

               Skills :

 

• Excellent timing, rhythm, and improvisational skills.
• Ability to learn new music quickly and adapt to different styles and settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team of musicians and performers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Experience in live sound setup and basic knowledge of sound engineering.
• Ability to play other percussion instruments is a plus.

The ideal candidates  will have proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments, a strong understanding of different musical genres, and the ability to perform in diverse settings such as corporate events, weddings, and themed parties. The Instrumentalists  will work closely with other performers and the event team to deliver memorable and engaging performances.

      Key responsibilities: 

 

• Prepare and rehearse music for various events, adapting to different styles and themes.
• Perform live at events, playing musical instruments to enhance the event experience.
• Collaborate with other musicians, event coordinators, and sound engineers to ensure a cohesive performance.
• Set up, tune, and maintain instruments and equipment; handle transport and storage.
• Adapt to last-minute changes in performance details or event requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and follow safety protocols for equipment handling.

       Qualifications: 

•  Degree/Diploma in Music or Performing Arts or a related field from a recognized institution is preferred. 
• Formal training or certification in a specific instrument .
• Proven experience .

       Skills:

• Ability to perform across various genres and adapt to different musical styles.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with other musicians and event teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
